At Prime Tutoring Company, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services. If you have concerns about your experience, we encourage you to reach out so we can review the situation and work toward a resolution.

How It Works:

  1. Contact Us: If you’re dissatisfied with a tutoring session, please contact us within 48 hours of the session’s conclusion. Share your feedback by emailing contact@primetutoringcompany.com or calling 469-919-2475.
  2. Review Process: Upon receiving your feedback, we will carefully review the details of your session, including the nature of the concerns and any relevant circumstances.
  3. Case-by-Case Resolutions: Refunds or other resolutions may be offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the findings of our review. Our goal is to address your concerns fairly and transparently.

  • Eligibility: This policy applies only to the session in question and requires that the request for review is made within 48 hours of the session’s conclusion.
  • Resolution Process: Refunds or alternative resolutions are not guaranteed and will depend on the outcome of the review process.

Prime Tutoring Company and the Aggie Honor Code

Prime Tutoring Company fully adheres to the Aggie Honor Code. We are committed to helping students with their academic assignments under the condition that the student has confirmed in advance that receiving tutoring assistance on the assignment does not violate the Aggie Honor Code. If a student is found in violation of the Honor Code and faces charges as a result, Prime Tutoring Company will not be held responsible or liable for any consequences or damages arising from such violations. 

 

Prime Tutoring Company Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

  1. Deposit Requirement: A $10 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

    • This deposit will be deducted from the total session cost once the transaction is completed.
    • Payments can be made through [payment platform, e.g., Venmo, PayPal, etc.].
  2. No-Show Prevention: The deposit serves as a confirmation of your commitment to the session. If the session is attended as scheduled, the deposit will be fully credited toward the final amount.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Refunds for Cancellations:

    • If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the $10 deposit will be fully refunded.
    • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, the deposit will not be refunded.
  2. Rescheduling:

    • You may reschedule your session at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours before the appointment.
    • For rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session, the deposit may be forfeited.
